Terms of Service
These Terms of Service govern your registration for and participation in courses, coaching, and other services offered by NVC Singapore (operated by Center for Connection Therapy Pte. Ltd., UEN: 201734771K).
1. Registration and Payment
- All registrations are subject to availability.
- Payment is due within 14 days of invoice date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Accepted payment methods: PayNow, bank transfer, and credit card.
- A 3% processing fee applies to credit card payments.
- Your registration is confirmed only upon receipt of full payment.
2. Rescheduling Policy
- You may reschedule to a future course date at no additional cost if you notify us at least 7 days before your course start date.
- Rescheduling requests made less than 7 days before the course start date may incur an administrative fee of SGD 50.
- Rescheduling is subject to availability in future course dates.
- You may reschedule up to 2 times. After the second reschedule, additional requests will be treated as new registrations.
3. Cancellation and Refund Policy
- More than 14 days before course start: Full refund minus SGD 50 administrative fee.
- 7-14 days before course start: 50% refund.
- Less than 7 days before course start: No refund. You may reschedule once to a future date.
- No-shows without prior notice are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
- Refunds are processed within 14 business days via the original payment method.
4. Course Delivery
- Courses are delivered as described in the course materials and registration page.
- We reserve the right to substitute trainers or modify course content while maintaining the learning objectives.
- Minimum participant numbers may apply. If a course is cancelled due to insufficient registrations, you will receive a full refund or may transfer to another date.
- For online sessions, participants are responsible for ensuring stable internet connectivity.
5. Participant Conduct
- Participants are expected to engage respectfully with trainers and fellow participants.
- The principles of Nonviolent Communication apply to all interactions during our courses.
- We reserve the right to remove participants whose conduct disrupts the learning environment, without refund.
6. Intellectual Property
- Course materials are provided for personal use only and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially.
- Recording of sessions (audio or video) is not permitted without written consent.
7. Limitation of Liability
- NVC Singapore provides educational services and does not provide therapy, counselling, or medical advice.
- Participants are responsible for their own wellbeing and any decisions made based on course content.
- Our liability is limited to the course fees paid.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be available on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
